'Deadpool 2' Director to Helm 'Fast & Furious' Spinoff

Deadpool 2 director David Leitch is the official director for the upcoming Fast & Furious spinoff starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. The action film following characters Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw will be written by Fast & Furious writer Chris Morgan. Leitch has directed other blockbuster action films such as Atomic Blonde and John Wick alongside Chad Stahelski.
